Please read and fully understand these Terms & Conditions before placing any orders with Nia Vintage Boutique. We recommend you print a copy of these terms for future reference.


By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. You must be 18+ to purchase erotic products (harnesses, toys, intimate items). We reserve the right to decline orders where age eligibility cannot be verified.

Creating an Account / Newsletter Subscription

 

You do not need to register to place an order; checkout as a guest is possible. To access features such as order history, you may create an account. Subscribing to our newsletter can be done without an account. Information you provide must be accurate, current and complete. Keep your password secure; notify us immediately of any breaches or unauthorised use.

 

 

 

Placing an Order & Acceptance

After submitting your order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. This is not yet acceptance. The contract is only complete when we send a shipping confirmation. We may refuse an order if payment fails, stock is unavailable, age limit is not in correspondence as mentioned, or shipping restrictions apply.

 

 

 

Pricing, Taxes & Duties

  • Prices are shown in EUR (€) including VAT (where applicable).

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • International customers: your order may be subject to duties, taxes or import fees by local customs. These are your responsibility. We cannot control or estimate these charges.

 

 

 

 

Payment

Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments and may include credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other supported methods. Orders must be paid in full before dispatch.

 

 

 

Shipping & Delivery

 

  • Dispatch time: within 2–5 working days after payment (excl. weekends/holidays).

  • Carriers: We use trusted carriers such as PostNL, UPS, or DHL. Tracking will be provided where available.

  • Delivery times: are estimates only; customs clearance and carrier delays may occur.

  • Risk: Transfers to you upon delivery. If you request delivery without a signature, loss/theft risk is yours.

 

We do not ship to PO Boxes. Delivery restrictions may apply for certain countries.

 

 

 

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our returns policy differs per product category:

 

1. Vintage Clothing & Accessories

  • 14-day statutory right of withdrawal applies (EU/EEA).

  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • As vintage items are one-of-a-kind, signs of age/wear are expected and described as far as possible.

 

2. Erotic Products (Toys, Harnesses, Intimate Items)

  • For hygiene and safety, returns are not accepted.

  • Exception: in the case of a technical defect or damage upon arrival, contact us within 7 days with photos for resolution (repair/replacement/refund).

 

3. Jewelry

  • Earrings and body jewelry: non-returnable due to hygiene, unless faulty.

  • Customized or made-to-order jewelry: non-refundable unless faulty.

  • Other jewelry: 14-day return if unworn and in original packaging.

 

4. General Return Conditions

 

  • Contact us first at [returns@niavintageboutique.com] with your order number and reason.

  • Items must be returned in original packaging, with all accessories/tags included.

  • Returns are at your own expense unless the product is faulty or we made an error.

  • Refunds: processed within 14 days after inspection, to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless legally required).

 

 

 

Faulty Items

 

If your item is faulty or defective upon arrival, contact us immediately. We may request photos. Faulty items are eligible for refund, replacement or repair. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

 

 

Promotional Codes, Discounts & Gift Cards

 

  • One promotional code per order unless otherwise stated.

  • Codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Gift cards are valid for 12 months unless specifically mentioned otherwise, non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

 

 

Product Information


We aim to describe products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary depending on screens/devices. Vintage items are unique and may show signs of use that form part of their character.

 

 

 

Limitation of Liability

 

We are not responsible for:

  • delays outside our control (carriers/customs);

  • losses not foreseeable when the contract was made;

  • losses caused by misuse of products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful (death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or statutory rights).

 

 

 

Intellectual Property

All content on niavintageboutique.com (text, images, graphics, etc.) is owned by or licensed to us. Use is permitted only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless authorised in writing.

 

 

 

Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see Shopify Privacy section).

 

 

 

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of The Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
