How much time does it take per day?
The activations are short and potent, mostly audio. You can listen while you live your day.
How long is it?
Four weeks: the foundation, the daily transmissions and in the last week the Deepest, Wildest, Bravest Business Challenge.
Do I need to have done the Flow State Bundle first?
No. It's included as the foundation module, so you start there.
Is there coaching?
No, this is not a space for active coaching. You can share your experience in the comments of the lessons.
Where does this work come from?
It's built on how the nervous system moves from freeze to flow, inspired by the biochemistry work of Heidi Williams, combined with the quantum teachings I've been working with for years. You'll hear quantum activations throughout the course.
